Sismak's Engineering Department which "carries out a production that steers vehicles and therefore people's lives" continues its research and development activities in line with this principle. Pursuant to design studies that start with a diligent understanding continues with process design and all of the prototype and sample product studies demanded by the customers are conducted by this department.

In order to increase product performance and to fulfill the demands conveyed by the customers, a project team has been established for all of the demands and this team carries out APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA studies. The Engineering Department which works in collaboration with the customers when required realizes all of the design activities as a live indicator of the impeccable Sismak production approach with the same understanding.
